FormulaBio 2012

A project FormulaBio 2012 has started this week in TechnoPark MSU. It is also supported by Russian Venture Company, Moscow department of science, industrial policy and enterpreneurship, biological faculty of MSU. Participants of this project will listen lectures by the industry leaders about biotechnology and modern trends of development, will communicate with outstanding businessmen and venture investors, will have a big program by the best Russian coaches.

The main goal of this project is new innovative companies. The best team at the end will have a support to get investments and grants and will go to the intership in biotechnological cluster in USA (Boston).

General director of TechnoPark MSU Oleg Vladimirovich has started the opening ceremony. He reported how new startups should think. "You should want change the world! And then you will have a success!"

Curators and companions had come to the opening of the program. An outstanding scientist Konstantin Georgiyevich Skryabin told about great perspectives in biotechnology especially for IT in biomedicine. He demonstrated new invention for detect sugar and reology of blood, cardiac rithm by special chip in ordinary smartfon.

The dean of the biological faculty of MSU Mikhail Petrovich Kirpichnikov shared his ideas about future of biotechnology. He sure that a golden time for innovates in this fild had come, that a brilliant concept can be created and implemented now.

Deputy head of Moscow department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurship Igor Nikolaevich Nosov congratulated participants with the start of FormulaBio. He told about bright perspectives for innovative projects in Moscow and invited everybody to the open day of the Center of Moscow innovative development. It was a short speech, but people could understand that our government is interested in biotechnology progress and ready to finance this area.

General director of HemaCore Igor Olegovich Pivovarov shared his experience about creation of innovative company, he told about modern trends in medicine and gave some advises how to communicate with investors. He wished success to the audience. "If you choose a global goal, money will come themself. They always find a good minds".

Graduates of FormulaBio 2011 Andrej and Sergey formed a company at the end of program. They got a grant from fund "Assistance" and signed the first contract. They shared their achievements impressions. After the end of oficial ceremony (at the furshet) they answered all questions from participants of FormulaBio 2012.

Coordinators of project told about plans, approved schedule, represented learning  moduls and lectors (which promised to communicate in social networks too).

And now we should wate new genial ideas and innovative companys which will make our life more comfortable and easier.
